Braganza has a conservative financing strategy and no external debt. The company maintains a substantial portfolio of short-term, interest-bearing investments and bank deposits to enable it to continuously evaluate new investments.
Braganza has invested in a limited number of funds, and is a significant shareholder in a small number of listed companies, such as Clavis Pharma ASA . These financial investments contribute a certain degree of diversification relative to our industrial investments.
