In 2011, the Group has decided to prepare consolidated financial statements for the first time. This is a natural consequence of the ongoing increased focus on industrial investments in the form of wholly or majority owned subsidiaries, and active, long-term ownership.

The number of full-time equivalent employees in the group was approximately 1300. The group’s gross turnover in 2011 is NOK 7,1 billion, with an EBITDA of NOK 145 million. The group had cash reserves of approximately NOK 600 million as at 31 December 2011.

The most significant companies which are included in the consolidated financial statements are Braathens Aviation AB, which comprise amongst other Malmö Aviation AB and Sverigeflyg AB, Ticket Leisure Travel AB and Ticket Business Travel AB. Furthermore is Dyreparken Utvikling included, which comprise Kristiansand Dyrepark, Badelandet and the accommodation village Abra Havn.
